[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide managed print services to manage and provide day-to-day operations of the enterprise-wide print services including followings services to the government authority located in Omaha, NE.
● Improve the level of service quality and response for repairs and maintenance; Reduce printer downtime and respond to electronic alerts for service.
● Work with department heads and key stakeholders to evaluate needs and make recommendations for purchase or lease of new printing devices
● Service Provider must be the central point of administration and provide remote management of all in-scope devices.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 27, 2018.
(3) Contract period will be for two years.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
