[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide short messaging service texting solution
- Improve communication to better assist clients by providing a more efficient means of communication.
- Provide more efficiency for staff by reducing phone calls to the DHHS call centres.
- Provide less churning of benefit applications and more timely responses from clients regarding information needed to continue benefits.
- Provide fewer breaks in service for clients because of untimely filing of review and recertification applications.
- Enhance client contact and augment existing communication.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than December 2, 2018.
(3) Contract period will be for four years.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
