[A] Budget: Looking For Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide short messaging service text messages to and from clients.
- Improve communication to better assist clients by providing a more efficient means of communication
- Provide more efficiency for staff by reducing phone calls to the call centers
- Provide less churning of benefit applications and more timely responses from clients regarding information needed to continue benefits
- Provide fewer breaks in service for clients because of untimely filing of review recertification applications
- Enhance client contact and augment existing communication
- The solution must offer two-way texting provide and maintain connections to all cellular carriers
- must be allowed to communicate to and from the solution via application programming interface web service, and secure file transfer protocol import and export of files must be allowed for programs that have with no backend application. A web portal front end application must be available in the solution for specific staff to administer manage the texting, allow input of texting and manually upload or download texting information. A reporting tool must be available via the web portal for creating reports, adhoc queries, and metrics.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than December 2, 2018.
(3) The contract term will be for one year.

Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
