Government authority located in Omaha, Nebraska, USA based organization looking for expert vendor for managed print services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide managed print services to the government authority located in Omaha, NE.
- Contract with Service Provider for service to maintain all in-scope County and City printers and MFDs.
- Improve the level of service quality and response for repairs and maintenance; Reduce printer downtime and respond to electronic alerts for service.
- Evaluate the number of devices, locations and business needs and recommend models and devices to help reduce the number of printers, copiers, scanners and fax machines across the environment. Obtain consulting services at the department level with departmental leadership to reduce costs by printing to the most economical devices, eliminating high cost devices, reduce paper usage and other cost savings methods while maintaining the level of quality and availability needed from these devices by County and Dotcom staff. Maintain this continued optimization through a physical presence by working closely with departmental staff throughout the contract term.
- Offer training on new and existing devices to end users to achieve the most efficient and effective usage of print, scan and copy.
- Work with department heads and key stakeholders to evaluate needs and make recommendations for purchase or lease of new printing devices.
- Service Provider must be the central point of administration and provide remote management of all in-scope devices.
- Service Providers responsibilities should include but are not limited to collecting usage data, generating reports and responding to alerts based on low supply levels, malfunctioning or failed components and proactive maintenance.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than November 27, 2018.
(3) Contract period will be for two years.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
