[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide advanced coating strategy services for environmental research and development program and environmental security technology certification program weapons systems and platforms program area supports the development and demonstration of innovative advanced coating technologies that enable the department of defense, reduce or eliminate the use of hazardous materials in its production and maintenance processes, reduce hazardous waste streams, understand and mitigate emissions and other environmental impacts that result from its operations, experts to perform independent and conflict-of-interest free studies. the contractor will have access to program office and detailed installation data and financial information which may be used in future procurements. the contractor must therefore not have any potential conflict of interest or appearance of a conflict of interest to be considered for this work, and the contractor must not be able to financially or professionally gain from the future deployment related technologies on military installations to the government authority located in Omaha, NE.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
