[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide aerial photography and analytics services.
- Aerial Photography - Photographs with resolution high enough to determine features 1/2 foot
in size of homes impacted by a natural disaster pre-storm and post-storm, and provide the report
within 24 hours of request.
- Roof Reports - Capability to produce a roof report containing the following information: 1)
Pictures of individual roof(s) at the identified address the intent of the pictures is to clearly
portray any damage the roof may have sustained 2) Mailing address, latitude/longitude, total roof
area (Square feet), dominant pitch, overhead 2D outline of roof, measurements of all segments of
perimeter accurate to ½ foot, notation on parts of roof with less than 2:12 pitch, Right of Entry
(ROE) number.
- Data Compilation - Capability to provide a premium roofing report with photos portraying all
angles to clearly capture the entire roof. At a minimum reports shall include the following: Total
area (Sq Ft), total roof facets, predominant pitch, number of floors, ridges/hips (Ft), valleys (Ft),
Rakes (Ft), Eaves (Ft), diagram of roof with all previous measurements identified, pitch diagram
of roof (Indicating slope direction and measured in inches per foot for all facets larger than 20sq ft), area diagram demonstrating all roof segments square feet measurements covering all angles
of roof, (Defined as 3" coverage per pixel or less for all post Hurricane Michael imagery), geolocation information (Longitude/Latitude).
(2) This bid is set aside for total small business.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
