Government Authority located Nebraska; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for VoIP Phone System.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide VoIP Phone System to replace phone system, all phones, and fax devices, to upgrade and enhance the customer and employee experience by allowing for the procurement, installation, testing and verification of a VoIP Phone System.
Voice features
- Solidifies and enhances Metro’s ability to communicate internally and externally with the inclusion of mobile phone applications for employees who are not tied to a desk
- Provides additional features and functionality to employees who work from a desk location
- Provides an IP PBX solution to replace the existing TDM PBX
- Provides a highly reliable solution with emphasis on redundancy to prevent outage situations
- Provides conference calling features including conference bridge ability
- Provides a faxing solution for six (6) incoming fax lines, and the ability to send faxes out
- Provides auto attendant features that can be customized by Metro staff by building flow trees allowing for call routing by: time of day, day of week, day of year, caller number selection, DNIS, and CLID
- Provides call recording features that can be designated as all calls recorded or on demand recording from specific phones or extensions.
- Provides Voice over IP communications (VoIP)
- Provides the ability for employees to keep existing 4-digit extension numbers
- Provides easy to use interface that is intuitive for users
- Utilizes Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) in replacement of the existing T1 trunks
- Allows carrier services agreements to be facilitated by Metro using Contractor requirements and deadlines
- Maintains current DID numbers and port those numbers to new SIP trunks
- Provides cellular phone application(s) that allow for remote office extension usage
- Provides expandability for adding up to an additional one hundred (100) IP phones without having to replace or add additional hardware/software components
- Provides ability to handle inbound and outbound faxing with up to ten (10) fax phone numbers all routed uniquely
- Provides hardware/software to have up to thirty (30) SIP trunks for inbound/outbound calling
- Has the ability to internally route incoming phone numbers to specific phones or individuals based on DNIS or similar routing
- Allows all phones and phone features to be programmable at a password secured PBX console or web portal, rather than at phone
- Provides six (6) party voice conferencing
- Provides call-in voice conferencing bridge supporting up to six (6) parties
- Provides RJ45 or SFP Fiber Ethernet connections to data network switch with Gigabit speed
- Provides Audio Paging output for existing zoned paging system
- Has 19” rack mountable hardware
- PBX must have the ability to add a Contact/Call Center solution for possible future expansion
- Provides accurate clock for date/time with internal battery and ability to synch time with data network
- Main system must be on premise with some advanced features supported by hosted options like cellular phone application technologies, etc.
- Includes at least one phone type that supports Bluetooth headset connectivity
