[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide commercial off-the-shelf Medicaid pharmacy and drug rebate services and solution for executing a multi-phased plan for replacing its aging Medicaid management information system.
- ability to procure cloud based or customizable solutions as the procurement driver
- implement solutions to meet the business needs through functional or technical modules that can be plugged in or replaced quickly, which will enhance the business agility and provide faster delivery of new functionality
- easily added, changed, or removed as business needs evolve, with minimal impact to the business.
- negotiating supplemental rebates from manufacturers, compiling claims data for paid medical and pharmacy encounters
- Using the claim system’s editing capabilities and current utilization trends, the PBM vendor implements refinements to the prospective screening of claims to flag and possibly deny drug claims that are at risk of causing waste, adverse drug events, interactions with other drugs, fraud, incorrect dosage, addiction, and being contraindicated for members for which the drugs were prescribed
- Allows an authorized MDR user to view the account ledger for any invoice line item and will allow an adjustment, credit or dispute to be created.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 25, 2019.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
