Government authority located in Omaha, Nebraska; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for data and telecommunication services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide data and telecommunication services for MECA managed facilities to the government authority located in Omaha, NE.
- Data, Long Distance and Voice services for both CHI Health Center Omaha and TD Ameritrade Park Omaha.
- Current internet bandwidth is 200MB and we are asking bidders to provide their minimum with the burstable cost above this on the second tab of the Proposal Form. Wi-Fi is not included in this Proposal this is managed in-house. Each facility must be provided a separate circuit independent from the other facility.
- CHI Health Center Omaha: -
▪ Data:
o 10Gb of burstable bandwidth
o Terminations will reside in the Main Distribution Frame (MDF)
o Bidder to supply components to terminate circuits
o Bidder provide a fiber connection to MECA’s Core Router
o Provide Internet Domain Name Services (DNS) for MECA’s website(s)
▪ Voice:
o 3 PRI T1 circuits
o 5 ISDN-BRI circuits
o 20 POTS/analog lines
o Terminations will reside in the Main Distribution Frame (MDF)
o Bidder to supply components to terminate circuits
(2) A mandatory pre bid meeting will be held on September 17, 2019.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than September 20, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
