[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide golf technology and software - point of sale system.
- Providing configuration, implementation, support and ongoing maintenance of the golf platform system
- Include, at a minimum, golf point of sale system, golf tee sheet, food and beverage fulfilment, multi-faceted reporting options, website interface, online bookings and marketing capability, capability to upload and share data between six locations - five city courses and the parks and recreation administration office
- Create the cloud-based fully integrated golf platform system to store and share data
- Software capability to process credit card transactions
- Technical support availability 24x7x363 and marketing functions for a multi course operation utilizing a cloud-based approach.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 23, 2019.
(3) The term of the contract will be one year.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
