[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide drug unit intelligence analyst services to the government authority located in Lincoln, NE.
- Drug Unit Intelligence Analyst experience preferred,
- Performs collection, research and analysis of drug related information and intelligence,
- Prepares reports and analytical products to assist in drug related investigations,
- Supports and assists investigators directly in the compilation and analysis of case information,
- Performs telephone records data entry, analysis and prepares phone records reports,
- Prepares subpoenas and other legal documents for telephone and business records,
- Creates organizational link charts on drug trafficking organizations,
- Reviews investigative and intelligence reports from various agencies,
- Maintains statistical data concerning drug enforcement activities as required,
- Performs HIDTA deconfliction of targets and events,
- Attends intelligence analyst and Midwest HIDTA related meetings as required,
- Develops and maintains liaison with members of the law enforcement and intelligence communities,
- Provides briefings, court testimony, training or other presentations on analytic products,
- Works with computers and specialized software programs.
(2) A contract term will be for one year.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
