[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide budget planning software for perpetual, non-exclusive licenses to a Budget Planning system and any required third-party software, access to a cloud-based service for hosting the system and system integration, modification, configuration, implementation, production hosting and processing, system maintenance and transition, and disengagement services for the system,
- Incentive-based budget methodology in which costs from administrative and support units are allocated to academic responsibility centers. administrative and support units include: academic support, facilities, general administration, research administration and student services,
- Administrative and Support budgets are prepared and approved by the appropriate Vice Chancellor,
- Driver data’ (e.g., space assignments, FTE information, credit hours by student’s program, credit hours by instructor’s department home) from source systems is exported and prepared for use in allocating the Administrative and Support budgets,
- Each academic responsibility center reviews their respective driver data which resides in other systems,
- The Administrative and Support unit costs are allocated to the academic responsibility centers based on various drivers,
- Academic responsibility centers are required to complete their budgets to include their direct expenses and allocated revenues,
- Academic responsibility centers determine which fund sources (state, tuition, revolving) will cover their Administrative and Support unit allocations,
- Any transfers between budgets must be balanced on both the budget receiving funds and the one providing the funds, with a manual sign-off process, etc.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
