[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide asset management solution
- searching for a product that will assist in managing the lifecycle of hardware assets and will assist in managing the licensing and tracking of software assets,
- Establish a managed asset lifecycle process to keep systems stable, protect data, and manage costs,
- Establish a centralized hardware and software registry for technology assets,
- Establish a centralized registry for contracts, maintenance agreements, and warranties,
- Establish compliance with security policies, desktop standards, regulatory requirements, and software licensing agreements,
- Establish a basis for harvesting and redeploying hardware and software assets,
- Establish a central source of truth for authorized hardware and software assets that will support cyber security department goals,
- Provide information regarding the ability of the solution to actively discover new or changed assets and provide reports or notifications of these assets,
- Provide information regarding the types of hardware capable of being discovered and the attributes that can be tracked for each type,
- Provide information regarding the types of operating systems capable of being discovered and the attributes that can be tracked for each type,
- Provide details with respect to the ability to manage non-discoverable items such as monitors, keyboards and mice,
- Provide details with respect to ability to manage assets that are in-stock or not deployed,
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 27, 2019.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
