[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide employee benefits consultant services to the city related to its city’s medical, dental, life, flexible spending account, health savings account, deferred compensation, workers’ compensation, long term disability insurance, wellness, disability, retirement, employee assistance programs or other benefits provided by the city to its employees.
- Services to include Health Self-Insured Benefit, Dental Benefit, Life Insurance, Flexible Spending Account, Employee Assistance Program, Workers’ Compensation, Deferred Compensation, Voluntary Products, COBRA administration, health savings account and long term disability insurance.
- Employee benefits consultant to identify an employee benefits partner to provide analysis, guidance and strategic direction in the administration of the city’s benefits.
(2) All question had been submitted no later than November 25, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
