Government Authority located in Fremont, Nebraska; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for fire station alerting system.
[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide turnkey fire station alerting system including the system design, all necessary equipment and software, programming, installation, system configuration, system start-up, testing, final acceptance, and training to the government authority located in Fremont, NE.
- The FSA system will be installed in the current FFD Fire Station to replace the existing Zetron system and associated components in its entirety
- Replacement of the existing FSA system to an IP based alerting system.
- Complete replacement of existing FSA infrastructure and public address intercom systems at the fire station including associated cabling and equipment.
- Station alerting with ramped alerting tones and ramped lighting.
- Record apparatus alarm turnout time as well as the apparatus identification to meet current NFPA 1710 standard.
- Auxiliary I/O controls for optional or enhanced functions.
- Monitoring of connecting circuits to stations with audible alerting.
- Provide hardware and software licensing for 4 dispatch operator positions within the FDC911 primary communications center allowing for FSA activation from any fire dispatch operator position.
- FSA shall be compatible and interface to the FDC911 radio console system.
- System shall be compatible with and interface to the FDC911 Zuercher computer aided dispatch system, and project 25 trunked radio system communications infrastructure to initiate station alerting.
- Existing Zetron system is to remain operational until the new FSA system has been installed and accepted by the city.
- In addition, the installation shall meet or exceed current NFPA, ISO, EIA/TIA, and BICSI standards in regards to acceptable installation of physical system components.
- The section below lists the minimum functional requirements of the system. Vendors shall use the bidder complaint yes or no listed to indicate how their system can meet the desired requirement. - - - Vendors must enter a response in the requirement section, failure to do so will indicate a non-responsive reply.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 20, 2019
