- The Basic course should be one geared towards Administrative Assistants and Clerks with the role of putting the final polish on a document by:
- Correcting improper grammar usage,
- Ensuring proper punctuation such as adding/removing commas as necessary,
- Correcting run-on sentences and,
- Tweaking content from conversational to business/professional tone,
- Ensures the written communication gets to the point, without being too wordy.
