[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide unified communications platform.
- Provide a description of your proposed Voice Platform architecture, including network and component diagrams and quantities
- Describe the physical, environmental and power requirements of your proposed solution
- While the solution should meet 99.99% availability, please detail how the solution is architected so that it could meet a higher level of availability
- While the solution should not have a single point of failure, the Vendor should identify any non-redundant components, describe the impact of potential failure and propose a mitigation strategy e.g., an endpoint may be non-redundant with a potential failure impacting a single position or in progress call and be mitigated by having an overprovision of endpoints, including spare units
(2) All question must be submitted no later than January 20, 2020.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
