[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide transit scheduling system for use by small and medium sized transit agencies,
- Serve more trips with available resources;
- Update manifests in real time as calls are cancelled or new trips are requested,
- Assist drivers in routing between pickups and drop-offs and completing their runs,
- Improve ease and accuracy of data collection and reporting,
- Keep track of drivers and any required documentation or training certifications,
- Keep track of vehicles and any required inspections or maintenance activities and
- Keep track of customer information such as addresses, mobility requirements, and approved funding sources,
- User accounts, permissions, and tracking,
- Working with customer information,
- Working with driver information,
- Working with vehicle information,
- Setting up individual and subscription trips,
- Setting up individual and recurring runs,
- Manual and automated scheduling tools,
- Fare payment technology,
- Standard and ad-hoc reporting and queries,
- Data ownership and migration,
- Hosting, backup, and information security,
- User accounts, permissions, and tracking,
- Working with customer information,
- Working with driver information,
- Working with vehicle information,
- Setting up individual and subscription trips,
- Setting up individual and recurring runs,
- Manual and automated scheduling tools,
- SMS and IVR customer messages,
- CAD/AVL hardware and software, including driver app,
- Additional advanced reporting requirements,

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
