(1) Vendor needs to provide mass notification services and system
- Software as a Service (SaaS) with the following devices supported:

- Mobile phones/devices,
- SMS text, text to mobile devices,
- Mobile device apps,
- Email,
- Desktops,
- Fax,
- Social Media such as Facebook and Twitter, etc.,
- TTY for hearing impaired,
- Toll free activation of notifications;
- Answering machine detection,
- On the fly message recording,
- 24x7x365 tech support,
- Multilanguage support (English, Spanish, French),
- Notification attachments,
- Polling abilities,
- Conference call bridging capabilities,
- International dialing,
- On demand reports; this is a web-based system that includes API, automated escalation, notification initiation from phone, mobile phone or email, and,
- Inbound calling.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 24, 2020
