[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide staff salary equity analysis services to evaluate compensation paid by agency for regular office/service and managerial/professional employees to help determine whether disparities in pay exist based on gender, race/color, and/or age and recommend any necessary corrective actions to the government authority located in Lincoln, NE.
- Provide a detailed description of the procedure and associated methodology that will be followed to develop a statistical model that incorporates an understanding of each campus pay structure and measures/analyzes the differences in pay between employees based on identifiable characteristics.
- Present a draft report, analysis, and recommendations for each campus to the U-Wide Steering Committee. The contractor will receive timely feedback from the University to incorporate into the final report.
- Provide the University with a final report for each campus. The contractor should be mindful that final recommendations must be complete and submitted for University consideration.
- Provide a confidential listing of existing salary placement outliers for staff and recommendations for remedies to address any such issues.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
