- This plan will lay out Strategic, Programmatic, and Tactical aspects of TSMO in Nebraska.
- The TSMO Strategic Plan will be guided by stakeholder input; the stakeholder needs will be prioritized.
- Will not be deployment project-specific.
- Will coincide with NDOT Long Range Transportation Planning activities. Results with be an annex to LRTP. TSMO plan is anticipated to be completed before LRTP.
- Performance measures consistent with NDOT goals.
- Maintenance of our growing ITS network of devices.
- Guidance on TMSO activities specifically related to changing freight-based needs.
