[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide payment processor services to facilitate electronic bill payment via the internet, mobile devices and an interactive voice response securely to the government authority located in Lincoln, NE.
• Migrate existing customer information (e.g., credit card and bank account data, etc.)
• Provide interactive voice response and applicable call flows for one-time customer payments
• Have the ability to be handler of retail cash payments
• Integrate with les’ sap self-service accelerator by sew customer portal
• As an option, offer credit card payment machines that integrate directly with sap
- The customer should be able to make a one-time payment via a credit card, debit card or bank account online, on a mobile device or via an interactive voice response
- State electric system should be able to prevent payments on specific les accounts or from specific bank accounts or credit cards.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than April 30, 2020.

Onshore (USA Organizations Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
