Government Authority located in Nebraska; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for IT documentation destruction services.
[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide documentation destruction services to the government authority located in Nebraska.
- Contractor will submit approval letter and pricing prior to delivery of IT equipment.
- Contractor shall provide agency a witness burns due to DoD requirement, based on availability of both parties. A Contractor host must accompany witnesses at all times during stay on site.
- Contractor will provide protection equipment of eye protection and hard hats for the witness burn to the agency personnel. Steel Toed shoes, long pants and long sleeve shirts are responsibility of agency personnel.
- Contractor will ensure IT equipment is incinerated between 1600 -1900 degrees F to ash.
- Contractor will be responsible for the disposal of all non-hazardous waste materials, such as drums that the equipment is shipped in.
- Contractor will provide witness destruction certificate upon completion
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
