[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide fire protection system replacement and upgrade service includes all design, engineering, drawings, documents, necessary local approvals and permits, materials, labor, supervision, personal protective equipment, equipment, and tools to perform the described work as detailed in these specifications and the Contract drawings included herein and incorporated hereto to the government authority located in Columbus, NE.
- All design drawings, engineering drawings, and detail documents for the system including a physical layout plan and any section drawings necessary to fully describe the system.
- Detailed drawings calling out all fittings and fitting part numbers.
- Product information for major equipment and miscellaneous devices, such as solenoid valves, pressure switches, etc.
- Recommended startup and operational spare parts lists.
- Commissioning and test procedures, instructions, and forms.
- Information regarding what exact activities will need to be accepted and witnessed by the agency for approval.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 6, 2020.
(3) A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on June 30, 2020.
