[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide load bank testing services on an as needed basis to the government authority located in Lincoln, NE.
- Total resistive load capacity: 10 MW
- Required load change increments: 500 kW
- Combustion Turbine connection voltage: 13,800 VAC
- Cabling and connectors to connect load banks to existing turbine electrical leads shall be provided by the vendor. Estimated max distance between load bank(s) and generator electrical leads: 100 feet. Turbine cable connector type Thomas and Betts
- All required electrical power for load bank operation shall be provided by the load bank vendor.
- Confirmation of suitability of site for load bank delivery, set-up and operation at pre-bid meeting.
- Delivery and set-up of load banks, including providing cable to connect to existing generator cables.
- Provide all required electrical power for load bank operation.
- On-site megger test of load bank cables before termination to generator cables.
- Provide clear access to a suitable site for load bank(s) delivery and set-up.
- Power cable terminations and de-terminations for connecting load bank to generator cables.
- Operation of the combustion turbine during testing and instructing the load bank operator on required load changes
