[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide police and fire employment testing services for development, customization/validation of entry level and promotional employment testing for the police department and fire department to the government authority located in Omaha, NE.
- Consulting with city human resources as to best practice assessment/selection practices
- Job analysis
- Development of assessment/testing components
- Test validation studies
- Onsite administration of test including use of technology
- Candidate orientation
- Assessor identification and training
- Administration of the test
- Test scoring and ranking
- Candidate development feedback
- Development of all documentation and final reports.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 7, 2020.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Organizations Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
