[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide lockbox services on an as needed basis to the government authority located in Lincoln, NE.
- Vendor will be required to provide cyber insurance coverage and any other types of insurance listed on the Insurance Requirements document in the Bid Attachment section of the Ebid.
- Vendor shall submit any terms and conditions that would be required by Vendor to be used in the execution of a contract.
- This information may be attached to the Response Attachment section of the Ebid response.
- Terms that conflict with the City bid documents or contract terms may be rejected and thus result in the rejection of an award to that Vendor.
(2) The contract period will be for four year.
