[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide pharmacy and related services to the government authority located in Lincoln, NE.
- Medicaid
- Medicare
- Medicare Part D
- Private Insurance
- Direct Payment from County
- Direct Payment from private party (legal guardian, parents)
- The County will pay Medicaid rate for all prescriptions, medical supplies, and durable medical equipment.
- Vendor shall incorporate a medication dispensing system at a central location in the Mental Health Crisis Center.
- Vendor shall contract with another local vendor for back-up services for emergency orders as needed.
(2) The contract period will be for four year.
