Government Authority located in Omaha, Nebraska; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for GIS and PACP technical services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide geographic information systems, pipeline assessment certification program and related asset management software services for sewer maintenance to the government authority located in Omaha, NE.
- Necessary software provided will be relevant to the contractor’s qualifications and include ArcGIS PRO, ArcMap, Bluebeam Revu, Granite NET licenses, ArcGIS Online and City works logins, Microsoft Office and the Google cloud suite.
- GIS Technical Services shall include the following types of tasks, and other related tasks as assigned by the SMD contract manager or delegee: Digitizing approved sewer plans from hardcopy and CAD sources, Entering as built record data from constructed sewer plans into GIS and other databases, Researching existing sewer plans and editing sewer attributes to improve GIS accuracy, Researching preventative maintenance procedures and work history, Creating new maintenance or inspection work orders on GIS-centric City works AMS as directed by SMD Contract Manager, Creating hardcopy and digital maps, Drafting productivity reports, as required, in tabular and narrative formats.
- PACP Technical Services shall include the following types of tasks, and other related tasks as assigned by the SMD Contract Manager or delegee: Post-processing of CCTV data for proper PACP coding, Interpreting civil engineering design plans for compatible QC review with SMD pipeline inventory and condition databases, Provide QA/QC of manhole inspection data and pipeline assessment data, recording discrepancies for follow up action by Contracted Engineering Technician or SMD Contract Manager, Redlining or marking up civil design or as built plans based on pipeline and manhole inventory and PACP data; submitting output to SMD Engineering Technician, or Contractor Engineering Technician, as assigned by the SMD Contract Manager, Drafting productivity reports, as required, in tabular and narrative formats.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
