Government Authority located in Nebraska; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for alert facility and dormitories internet services.
[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide alert facility and dormitories internet services to the government authority located in Nebraska.
- The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, materials, and services required to install and provide high-speed internet services to the designated buildings. Services shall include any equipment, wiring, or infrastructure to ensure the service provider’s service solution is compatible with the government’s current infrastructure without additional expense to the government. Internet speeds required:
a. Alert Facility (Building 524)- Speeds shall not be lower than 1 Gbps download and 35 Mbps upload.
b. Dormitories (Buildings 364, 365, 367, and 369)- Speeds shall not be lower than 8 Mbps download and 2 Mbps upload.
- The contractor shall install hand holes and ducting as necessary in order to install the necessary cabling to support commercial internet services within the designated buildings. The government does not authorize aerial cable installations. The service provider must exercise extreme caution to avoid any structural or property damage. If any damages occur during installation, said damages shall be reported to the government’s point of contact (POC), the contractor will be held responsible for any costs associated with the repairs. The service provider is responsible for the removal of all debris directly resulting from this project.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
