[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide public relations analytics tool.
• Provide a detailed description of how your organization pulls in data from the web to determine relevance to les and ability (if any) to exclude and “learn” irrelevant and duplicate content
• Provide live broadcast mentions of city electric system in television and radio
• Tool will allow specific keyword targeting, capture direct and indirect mentions, topics and posts with ability to make real-time changes to selected criteria
• Ability to use boolean search strings (keyword and keyword) preferred
• List the media channels that your organization tracks, including the following: print, social media mentions (include platforms), web, broadcast (tv and radio), digital
• Tool will collect and archive links to files, mentions and posts for future reference
• Tool will perform historical research, trend analyses and full history of media mentions
• Ability to monitor campaigns and provide analytics and results to better understand business and customer impact. ability to filter results, dashboards, reports by date range, demographic, geography, media type, customer sentiment, etc
• Ability to identify, track and analyze specific topics as they arise (i.e. customer service, website, etc.) and compare to local, state and regional trends.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 18, 2020.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
