[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide student housing management agreement services to develop a partnership with a private entity to manage its on-campus student housing inventory to the government authority located in Omaha, NE.
- The selected partner shall operate, maintain, and renovate campus housing facilities in a manner consistent with the University’s objectives.
- The private entity shall manage leasing and/or room assignments, billing, marketing, and custodial services for all housing under this agreement. Preference shall be given to UNMC students and practicing residents at Nebraska Medicine campus. Custodial services shall be of a “high-quality” as defined through an agreement between the University and the private entity. The private entity shall determine, in collaboration with the University, whether the private entity will provide custodial services or outsource the responsibilities to a third-party entity.
- The Private Partner shall provide, at its expense, for all maintenance, routine replacement of fixtures and equipment, and any required repairs to the facilities.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
