- Obtain state medicaid inpatient ffs paid claims and managed care encounter data coded under icd-10 for services provided by general non-critical access acute hospitals
- Develop a computer-based model database of paid claims data with estimated cost of each claim for cost evaluation purposes in the modeling process.
