[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide advanced distribution management system
- a separate Outage Management System (OMS) and Supervisory Controls and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems. These systems are integrated together through a custom interface,
- The ADMS is a modular approach that will allow the DISTRICT to implement natively integrated OMS and SCADA modules with the ability to add advanced applications including Fault Location, Isolation, and Service Restoration (FLISR), Distributed Energy Resource Management System (DERMS) and Volt Var Optimization (VVO),
- Distribution SCADA:
- Alarm Management, Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition from field devices, Map topology,
- OMS:
- Trouble Order Management, Crew Management, Outage Notification (internal teammates), Remote (non KCC) Trouble Order Management,
- Distribution Management System (DMS):
- Common Electric Model, Power Flow, Load Forecasting, Ability to place Temporary Devices, Ability to place Temporary Sources, Switch Order Management, Switching Simulation, Real-time as Operated Map,
- Operator Training Simulator (OTS): Event Scripter, Event Replay
- Interfaces: General Electric Smallworld Electric Office (GIS Adapter - CIM), Landis+Gyr Gridstream Meter Data Management System (MDMS), OSIsoft PI, Sunnet iTOA, SOS (NPPD developed call talking), Smart Energy Water (SEW) Customer Web Portal/Mobile, SAP (Work Management), SAP Customer Relationship Management (CRM), GPS Insights,
- Reporting:
- Indices, Data Extract for Enterprise Data Warehouse, Ad-Hoc,
- Additional Apps:
- Mobile OMS, Trouble Order Management, Privilege Based functionality.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 24, 2020.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
