Government Authority located in Omaha, Nebraska; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for observation system.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide procurement and installation of hardware for a patient observation system to the government authority located in Omaha, NE.
- The system includes network cameras, network speakers, auxiliary ceiling microphones, and accompanying mounts and peripherals.
- Network devices (cameras/speakers) shall be installed at locations equipped with owner-furnished data connections.
- Ceiling locations are equipped with an owner-furnished data cable terminated with a male RJ-45 connection.
- The Observation Contractor shall coordinate camera lens placement and field-of-view prior to the installation of the camera domes.
- The Observation Contractor shall document and prepare a report for UNMC including unique identifier information such as Serial Numbers and MAC Addresses of cameras/speakers. See Camera Installation for additional details
- Any damage to the ceiling tile, ceiling grid, or finished walls by the Observation Contractor must be repaired by our current General Contractor at the expense of the Observation Contractor.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 20, 2020
