[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide a construction project management software solution.
- This Bid is limited to those Bidders that can provide a solution using a “Software as a Service” (SaaS) model.
- The University does not need to purchase any new servers or other infrastructure on campus.
- The Bidder’s product’s user interface is delivered via a web browser without any plugins or other software installation requirements.
- Pricing is based on some combination of an initial fee that covers set-up/installation, testing, integration, training, training manuals, migration and all other requirements as specified in this Bid necessary to provide a complete, workable, integrated and operational system, then annual licensing thereafter.
- Material or equipment required for the provision and installation of such a system, not expressly addressed in this Bid, is understood to be the responsibility of the Bidder.
- Bid requirements requiring Bidder’s product customization and its additional pricing that is not expressly stated by Bidder’s response in this Bid, is understood to be the responsibility of the Bidder
- The Bidder response shall provide the information requested or indicate consent to the requirement described. The Bidder’s responses must be numbered to correspond to the number scheme of the Bid questions / requirements listed.
- University reserves the right to reject all received Bids.

• maintain current CPMS functionality, including integrations
• economical price point
• minimal implementation demands of University resources
• efficiency through standardization of project delivery methods
• mechanism for sharing of project information
• financial tracking including estimating/budgeting, commitments, actual expenditures, forecasting and changes to thereof
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 23, 2020
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (US Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
