Vendor needs to provide salesforce customer relationship management system to replace the existing campus-wide, recruitment/admissions functions at the university campuses, Salesforce-based solution and implementation partner to replace existing functionality on both campuses by the end-of-life deadline.
- An implementation approach and schedule, management of the implementation process including but not limited to staffing, installation, configuration, integrations, data migration, authentication setup, etc., training and knowledge transfer to the university implementation staff, training resources for university system users, recommendation of university technical and functional staffing for ongoing management as well as a plan for university to transition from project to operation support, ongoing maintenance and support post go live.

- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
