[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide solutions for an automated permitting and licensing application that will enhance the existing customer experience, promote modern interdepartmental case management, and complement other enterprise data needs.
- After a thorough internal analysis, the Core User Team identified opportunities to modernize staff processes and customer experience within the current state application that highlighted a need for enhancements in the application beyond existing maintenance and configuration efforts.
- Proposers should also propose solution integrations with the City’s key systems of record, such as OpenGov, ESRI (ESRI’s ArcGIS Enterprise\Portal), OpenCities / OpenForms, ProjectDox, and others to be discussed in later phases prior to selection.
- The Core User Team works as a group to maintain the current state application and develop in-house data tools with external assistance from Byrne Software as needed.
- Additionally, the future state application must enable direct access to all data by departmental application support staff to support end-user staff with purpose-built data transformation and tools.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (US Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
