[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide advertising and sponsorships services for Magazine and Other Media Produced
- The Contractor will be required to:
- maintain accurate reports of insertion order agreements,
- ads and sponsorships sold, and payment statuses,
- provide finished artwork,
- run advertising reports,
- maintain quality customer relationships, and,
- ensure revenue
- marketing outdoor recreation and State parks in state to a variety of audiences including: potential tourists and visitors, the travel industry, outdoor recreationists, and media. Marketing as an outdoor destination, encouraging growth and participation in outdoor recreation and conservation initiatives, and increasing visitation to State Parks are key to our mission,
- Contractor must have existing customer relationships and a potential advertiser database. Contractor should visit businesses in person when possible to promote and sell advertising,
- Contractor will sell advertising on a per advertisement/size/position basis
- Advertising Sales: Contractor will sell advertising on a per advertisement/size/position basis for Magazine, Guidebooks, e-newsletter, magazine website, multi-media projects and other products as needed. Deviations from the published rate card require prior written. Insertion orders will be completed by contractor and advertiser and submitted,
- Creative design: Camera ready art-work will be provided before deadline, in the correct camera-ready format to include but not limited to high resolution, full color, jpeg, tiff, eps, pdf.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
