Government Authority located in Nebraska; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for production and installation of vehicle graphics for transportation and utilities rebrand service.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide production and installation of vehicle graphics for transportation and utilities rebrand service.
- Overall size shall be approximately 24 ½ inches X 13 1/2 inches.
- Sunburst Arrow detail shall be 13 ½ inches in diameter with forward arrow detail cut to imply arrow edge and allow for lettering placement.
- The implied arrow detail width shall be sized at 3 ¼ inches wide.
- Top sunburst/arrow detail in Orange.
- Center sunburst/arrow detail in Green.
- Bottom sunburst/arrow detail in Light Blue.
- Door decal lettering shall all be in Dark Blue.
- All lettering lines shall begin at imaginary edge of implied arrow detail (3 ¼ inches from sunburst cut for implied arrow detail).
- All lettering shall be in capital letters.
- Large “LTU” lettering shall be in 5 ¼ inch tall letters, and cover a 12 ½ inch x 5 ¼ inch space.
- All remaining door decal lettering shall be in 1-inch letters and cover a 13-inch x 4 ½ inch space.
- CITY OF LINCOLN lettering shall appear in the first line below “LTU”.
- TRANSPORTATION lettering shall appear in the next line.
- “AND UTILITIES” lettering shall appear in the bottom line.
- One (1) door decal installed on each front door, with cut lettering and graphic to allow vehicle paint color to show.
- Door decals shall be installed at a location to render the most visible and appealing display in the upper portion of the door panel.
- Because of the vast different models/types of City owned vehicles, the City understands different variables considering graphic placement because of mirror locations, door handles, cowling, and body lines, and shall respect and allow some artistic freedom.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (US Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
