Vendor needs to provide an on-site inspection of the current conditions and data gathering to determine what standards are already in compliance to the government authority located in Papillion, NE.
- Consultants shall define a deficiency resolution plan to meet the compliance schedule set by MLB. As part of this scope of work, the Consultant will work with the County to formulate task sequencing based on milestone dates and construction cost estimates.

- Onshore (US Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
