[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide merchant card services to the government authority located in Lincoln, NE.
- Credit and debit card acceptance and processing
- Support services for credit and debit cards
- Online reporting services
- Acceptance for MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express cards. Not all agencies accept Discover and American Express.
- Next day settlement and availability of funds
- National automated clearing house association (NACHA) customer initiated entry (CIE), cash concentration or disbursement plus addendum (CCD+) or prearranged payment or deposit plus addendum (PPD+) formatted receipt files are used to populate agency database tables
- Real time processing
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 11, 2021.
(3) A notification of intent to submit a proposal will be due on July 23, 2021.
(4) Contract term will be six years.

- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
