[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide farm management services to perform multiple primary functions such as, but not limited to, managing various private farm co-operators as an agent of the owner and they will oversee proper herbicide and pest management practices, managing proper plant nutrient needs, identifying and implementing regenerative farming practices to encourage carbon sequestration in support of the city climate action plan where feasible, develop and integrate site specific requirements with co-operators for land use compatibility and deploy strategies to retain farm co-operators demonstrating proven past performance in farming city owned properties to the government authority located in Lincoln, NE.
- Prepare a qualitative farm practice report that evaluates and rates current farm practices with respect to regenerative methods that enhance soil productivity, reduce chemical applications, improves drought resiliency, and improves carbon sequestering, the report shall include recommendations for modifying existing farming practices, feasibility and impacts to existing tenants, and estimated short term and long term loss or gains to farm profitability.
- Develop strategies that will retain current farm co-operators who have demonstrated quality past performance in farming city-owned properties.
- Meet multiple project goals such as, but not limited to, maximizing profits, optimizing both chemical application and nutrient management, and implementing sustainable farming practices.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 4, 2021.

- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
