[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide website design services using Content Management System to design and host a new website for the riverfront.
- The new website should be built upon proven and accepted website development standards while maintaining flexibility for growth and the ability to add new functionality over time with minimum cost
- The site should be easy to navigate. The information should be grouped and presented in a logical manner and require no more than three (3) levels of pages for a user to find desired information. The site should have an intuitive, easy-to-use interface that allows visitors to find information quickly and easily regardless of what type of device is being used
- The website must be designed and constructed to properly display on various browsers and platforms, including Firefox, Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Opera, and Safari. The site should support all versions of browsers that have been released in the last five (5) years
- The website must be graphic/image focused with an appropriate amount of corresponding text. Design elements should include images, photographs, logos, and buttons that are user friendly and easily updated by staff and must follow specific branding guidelines
- All web pages must be centered with a fixed width
- allow special permissions to multiple members of The RiverFront staff to easily add, edit, and remove pages/modules and content (text, photos, and graphics) from the site through a web-based, secure administrative area
- The use of SEO and website analytics to produce user-defined site log reports to help better understand and measure web visitor behavior and improve website performance and availability
(2) A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on June 1,2021.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than June 7,2021.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (US Organizations Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
