Government Authority located in Nebraska; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for mobile inventory solution.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide mobile inventory solution includes both procurement of the software license or subscription, as well as optionally the services required to implement the software solution to meet the requirements described below.
- The solution must support use of a bar code reader to enter data fields including material number, network number, and PM order number at a minimum
- The solution must support use of serialized material for all transactions
- The solution must support the use of batch management functionality for goods receipts, goods issue and returns
- The ability to initiate printing of material item labels from must be available when processing goods receipt and goods return transactions
- The system will be used both indoors in a storeroom environment as well as outdoors where larger materials are stored in a yard
- Given the full-time communications connectivity we plan to employ, the solution is not required to function in an off-line mode
(2) All question must be submitted no later than June 7, 2021.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA organization Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
