[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide dental insurance services to provide a fully insured Dental insurance program for their 16,297 eligible state employees effective on July 1, 2022 to the government authority located in Lincoln, NE.
- Permanent, full-time employees
- Part-time employees who work 20 hours or more per week
- Temporary employees who work 20 hours or more per week and placed in a position with a six-month assignment or longer
- A qualified pre-65 retiree
- COBRA participants
(2) All question must be submitted no later than October 19, 2021.

- Onshore (USA ONLY);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite.
