[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide accela citizen access software features implementation includes a citizen access portal called accela citizen access (ACA) where citizens can do the following activities.
• Complete applications
• Submit supporting documents and plans for applications
• View staff progress on application processing
• Pay invoiced fees
• Schedule an inspection or request an inspection be scheduled
• View inspection results
• View general information for permits and application that is public information
• Add help text to define expectations and assist in application processes
• Change naming of planning module to include permitting applications
• Estimate fee charges for new planning or permit applications
reduce staff time for application entry
• Increase accuracy in application intake and contact information collection
• Provides a platform for submission of electronic documents for easier distribution and increased time to review
• Increased communication with citizens and applicants to review staff progress and easy retrieval of official documents produced by the county staff
• Reduce inquiry phone calls from the public or applicants by allowing for a self‐serve option.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 13, 2021.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
