[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide project management solution
- a cloud-based Project Management solution to support capital and private project delivery
- providing a centralized location for documents, standardize project process, improvement project communication, and enable collaboration
- Project Management solution must be a Cloud/SaaS based software
- Project Management solution must have an external view such as a Contractor Portal/role based view to allow project participants outside of CiPW to access information, upload documents, view relevant project status. A minimum of three external roles must be supported. Access to specific information or areas of the application will need to be managed by administrators assigned by the City so that external users can only access information on projects with which they are actively involved
- Document Management shall allow for collaboration, notifications, version control as well as robust Search.
- Project Management solution must be able to manage very large and complex public infrastructure (specifically sewer, roadway, sidewalk, bridge, culvert, retaining wall, traffic
signalization, and utility) projects as well as smaller projects.
- The solution must be designed specifically for Owners and the sole purpose of supporting the capital infrastructure and project management lifecycle – Planning and procurement
through Closeout plus related ancillary activities associated with managing public works assets.
- The solution must have demonstrable experience roughly equivalent to an approximate 10- year history of successfully supporting Capital Projects
- CiPW uses Oracle as the Financial data source so the Project Management solution must have the ability to get data from Oracle.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 21, 2021.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA organization Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
