[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud-based project management solution to modernize project work providing a centralized location for documents, standardize project process, improvement project communication, and enable collaboration.
- solution must have an external view such as a Contractor Portal/role-based view to allow project participants outside of CiPW to access information, upload documents, view relevant project status
- allow for collaboration, notifications, version control as well as robust Search.
- ability to get data from Oracle. - Easy to access and use
- Robust and easy to use document Search
- Ability to track versions of documents, designs, photos
- Ability to Approve or Reject changes within the Document Management system
- ability to easily make changes based on the design review feedback
- ability to generate reports using data from Oracle such as Project level reports and Budget level reports
- ability to change project schedules as the project progresses.
(2) All questions had been submitted on October 21, 2021.
(3) Contract period will be three years.

- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
