[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide unified digital communications application using a Software as a-Service (Solution) to significantly improve and streamline the management and distribution of District communications, increase readership and engagement, create an effective user experience, promote community relationships and advocacy through social media sharing, and provide analytics that help drive future successful communications
- Organizational communications include, but are not limited to executive leadership, Human Resources (HR), corporate communications, and others who need to disseminate enterprise-wide information.
- Operational communications include, but are not limited to business-unit-initiative leaders, middle management or process owners who need to disseminate information that is more localized and contextualized
- Support a variety of media types delivered across one or more channels with varying levels of employee interaction, such as group and peer-to-peer messaging for both organizational and operational activities, and video streaming
- Improve engagement by enabling more effective information flows, relevant work insights and inclusive culture across the employee experience
- Be capable of supporting interaction models for organizational communications involving surveys, polls, likes, social sharing, tagging, bookmarking, comments, ratings, and other feedback mechanisms, as well as collaborative and peer-to-peer interaction models for operational communications
- Support comprehensive communication and task management, including planning, task delegation, creation, collaboration, scheduling, distribution, personalization and measurement of employees or employee segments, leveraging multiple channels, media formats and interaction methods in a secure manner
- Include integration with HR and workforce management systems, content and collaboration tools and devices (including corporate digital signage, i.e. a rotating welcome screen at each facility entrance).
- Capture trends and analytics to drive future successful communication, including reporting on communication activity, effectiveness by audience, channel, and content/media type, and effectiveness of internal communications
- Provide multiple interaction models including capabilities such as: people and information discovery through individual profiles, a robust search engine, and personalized content recommendations and suggestions
- Provide interaction contextualization through integration and application programming interfaces (APIs) which simplify the Solution and increase innovation.
- Include a listing of the conversational interfaces, digital assistance and bots underpinned by artificial intelligence-related technologies.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 4, 2021.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
